NOTICE TO MEMBERS

(Please note “SMG FINANCIAL” may also be referred to as “SMG” herein.)

SMG Financials Membership Program is exclusive to members only & not to the general public and is a Business Training & Development Company in the state of New Jersey.

Any individual who has a physical or mental impairment or limitation described as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act and requires any special accommodation must notify SMG before enrolling. Certain accommodations may require the New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s advance approval and may not be available for all members. 

PAYMENT/ REFUND POLICY

All payments must be made before being granted access to SMG Lenders, Training, or services. SMG Financial accepts Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, and Certified Bank Checks. We do not accept cash or money orders. This membership is NON-REFUNDABLE. The “Member” cannot, will not dispute transaction. If this should occur, full balance will be due immediately and must be paid by credit card or certified bank check.
